Happy Birthday to Brody!!

So today is Brody's Birthday and we decided we would have a birthday hair cut and believe me he needed it! I was very nervous about how he would act considering he is very shy around strangers. It was the biggest shock of all he actually held still and sat on a big boy seat all by himself. When the women told me she wanted to try the seat first I was like yeah right he want hold still!!! I was amazed he actually did it I was so proud of him!
After the Birthday hair cut we took him to Calhoun's for some Birthday dinner and cake! He was a little wild, but soon had every one's attention on him because of that super sweet smile. We decided to get him the banana pudding considering that is his favorite and he ate and ate until his belly was full.
The evening ended with us just relaxing and reminiscing on this day a year ago. I tell you it's hard to believe that this time last year I had just given birth to this angel! God has really blessed us and he has brought so much joy to our lives over this past year.
Just a little note about the Birthday bash this weekend!!! I'm stressed this little party that was just suppose to be 20 people has turned into 40! Tomorrow will be a busy day trying to get all the decorations up with out Bubba pulling them down and the food ready for Saturday. I will make it though and it will be a birthday to remember!!
